Front End Web Developer with 5-10 years experience

We need a front end web developer to be at the centre of our new attack on the web business in the East Midlands.

We are a web and graphic design outfit, working from its own purpose-renovated building in the heart of Lincolnshire.

Established 19 years, we have grabbed the web opportunity but are now planning a new, dedicated web brand launch to get new business from our area.......and Hull, Nottingham, Leeds et al.

We need a person who can really 'manage' people, and the client, and the work, and any problems.

And......

We need to know you know the web business inside out......and have proven experience using HTML/CSS3/JS, UI/UX design (Inc a/b testing, multivariate testing) SEO (analytics, PPC), email design and build etc.

Additional skills would be:
• DBA experience with MySQL
• Proficient in web services REST/SOAP/XML/Ajax
• Understanding of Magento & other open source E-com/CMS systems
• Wordpress theme/modification experience
• Relevent W3C standards and best practise. Basic Flash, Photoshop skills
• Translating business requirements into system design
• Debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing code

This is a permanent senior position with a salary around £30,000+ and there is real potential as the senior partner is not getting any younger.

We need you at the front end to drive this thing, in turn, coding our sucess story.
