Secretary/Receptionist
Required for a busy, vibrant Graphic Design Studio in idyllic rural village just outside Market Rasen.
Outgoing personality and strong communications skills essential.
Plus enthusiasm for working to tight deadlines and problem solving.
Duties to include:
- Client & supplier correspondence
- Job costing & liaison with accounts
- Diary management
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word & Outlook
- Typing
- Filing
- Ordering office & studio supplies
- General reception duties including telephone
Good salary for right candidate. Vehicle required, as no public transport to the village, although pool car is available for company business.
